环境是人类生存发展的根基。环境孕育、塑造人类。人通过劳动建立社会

创造物质文明和精神文明

建设美好的生存环境。恩格斯指出:“人本身是自然的产物

并且和环境一起发展起来的”(《马克思恩格斯全集》第20卷第38页)人类和环境在长期的历史过程中

形成相互制约、相互作用的矛盾统一体。随着生产的发展

人类对环境的作用愈来愈大。在生产、生活活动中

人们不断发生违背科学规律的行为

对环境施加不当的作用

污染环境

损害人体健康;破坏自然
