摘要

一、去年山东省水土保持工作取得很大成绩去年山东省农村通过贯彻落实中央1号文件

进一步清除“左”的影响

以大包干为主要形式的联产承包责任制在全省普及

专业户(重点户)发展很快

农村商品流通和产前产后的服务工作有了改进

农业技术推广和技术服务也迈出了新步伐

广大农民群众以建设现代化农业的高度热情和极大的积极性

战胜了历史上少有的严重干旱等自然灾害

夺得了农业丰收。农民收入也有较大幅度的增加。据有关部门初步统计

全省农业总产值已达到235亿元左右

比前年增长5%以上。尽管秋粮因旱减产

但全年总产量仍可突破500亿斤;棉花总产量预计可达到2

000万担

目前已收购1

800多万担;花生因干旱减产较大

总产量为2

600万担左右。林、牧、副、渔业也有新的发展。多种经营总收入可达到185亿元左右

比前年增加20多亿元。总的来看

山东省农业去年仍然是一个好年景。
