摘要

甘肃省礼县地处长江流域嘉陵江水系西汉水上游

属黄土高原与土石山区的过渡地带。县境西北部的梁峁山地为长江流域与黄河流域两大水系的分水岭。全县有36个乡(镇)

558个行政村

约40.6万人。总土地面积4

299.92平方公里

其中水土流失面积3

037.91平方公里

占总面积的76.5%。年侵蚀模数约每平方公里7

435吨。自1984年8月上旬以来

全县气候异常

冰雹、阴雨、暴雨、洪水等灾害相继发生

特别是7月24日和8月3日的两次特大暴雨

遍及各乡。降雨总量达150多毫米

降雨强度最大每小时
