摘要

一、概述石家庄西部山区

位于河北省中南部的太行山东麓

属海河水系子牙河、大清河的上游

包括平山、灵寿、赞皇、元氏、行唐五县

总面积6

787平方公里。水土流失面积4

026平方公里

占总面积的59.3%

现已初步治理面积1

345平方公里

占水土流失面积的33.4%。泥石流是本区最严重的水土流失形式。据不完全统计

建国以来

共发生不同程度的泥石流40余次。主要分布在海拔500米以上的深山峡谷地区

且多集中在1956、1963、1978年。
