摘要

我想讲一讲小城镇的环境污染问题。去年

我们社会科学院社会学研究所曾倡议在江苏太湖附近的吴江县进行一次对该县小城镇的社会学调查

因为我们觉得小城镇的建设是一个很重大的问题。我们说小城镇是个大问题

有两层意思:一层意思是

小城镇在四化建设中地位重要

不可轻视;另一层意思是说

小城镇在发展中遇到许多新的问题

我们要建设社会主义的小城镇

就要在这些问题刚刚露头时把它们抓住

切切实实地加以解决

不要掉以轻心。我们说的问题中

就包括了小城镇的环境污染问题。
