摘要

近年来

广大农村全面实行联产承包责任制以后

极大地激发了农民群众的生产积极性

取得了预想不到的成就

走完了农村经济改革的第一步。目前

广大山区

户包治理小流域迅速发展

出现了千家万户治理千沟万壑

开发荒山、荒坡(包括荒沟、荒滩、荒沙、荒水)的生动局面

促进了农村经济向专业化、商品化、现代化转变

迈开了以调整产业结构为中心的农村经济改革的第二步。为了使我们的工作更好地适应当前农村新形势发展的需要

本文就治理荒山、荒坡与农村经济改革的关系问题谈几点意见。
