摘要

山西省是国家确定的煤炭能源重化工基地

富煤多矿是有利条件

缺水和水土流失严重则是限制因素。在全省113个县(区)中

有68个县(区)有煤

探明储量2

023.7亿吨

工业储量890.7亿吨。目前年开采量1.4亿吨

规划到2000年

年开采量达4.0亿吨。除煤之外

铁、铜、硫磺、石棉等矿藏资源也很丰富。全省多年平均河川径流量114亿立方米

地下水排泄量28亿立方米

水资源总量142亿立方米

可利用水量80亿立方米。每人平均水量477立方米

亩平均水量199立方米

分别比全国平均值少82.8%和88.7%。全省总土地面积15.62万平方公里
