当前

我国农村形势大好

农业生产和各项建设事业发展很快

8亿农民心情舒畅

广大干部群众革新创业精神空前高涨

并正在为广开生产门路、发展商品生产而发奋努力。但是

我国农村已发展到什么程度

下一步发展趋势如何?这是需要清楚认识的大问题。关于前一个问题

可以从三个方面来分析。第一

农民的收入还不很高

而且很不平衡。1983年

我国农民的平均收入

按照国家统计局抽样调查材料为309.8元

按照农牧渔业部收益分配统计资料为245.6元;后者单指生产经营的收入

前者则包括侨汇及干部职工寄回的养家费

等等。这种差别1978年以前即存在

就增长幅度
