摘要

1985年汛期

吉林省发生了建国以来罕见的暴雨洪水。由于认真贯彻执行了中央和省委、省政府的部署

各级政府切实加强了领导

各行各业大力支援

广大军民不畏艰险、日夜奋战

终于战胜了洪水

将洪涝灾害损失控制在最低限度

既保障了安全

又使水库塘坝蓄满了水

为1986年工农业用水和发展水田、水产事业提供了良好条件

胜利地完成了全年的防汛工作任务。
