摘要

1985年黑龙江省发生了严重的洪涝灾害

持续时间之长

受灾范围之广

破坏程度之重

经济损失之大

都是近年来少有的。一、暴雨灾害黑龙江省1985年入汛比历年都早:6月份在全省干旱还没有完全解除的情况下

北部、中部一些地方集中降雨

嫩江上游出现洪峰

沿江部分村屯被洪水包围;7—8月份全省大部分地区多集中降雨和连续降雨天气

有53个市县洪涝灾害比较严重。
