摘要

1985年汛期

辽宁省遭到多年少见的暴雨、洪水、台风和冰雹的连续袭击。在党中央、国务院的关怀下

在中央防汛总指挥部的指导下

在省委、省政府的领导下

在沈阳军区、辽宁省军区的支援下

全省各级党政领导和广大干部、群众及解放军指战员同暴雨、洪水、台风等自然灾害进行了艰苦顽强的斗争

有效地减轻了灾害损失

取得了抗洪抢险救灾的重大胜利。一、洪水灾害情况辽宁省1985年汛期的气象特点是

降雨量多、面广

暴雨频繁

台风登陆次数多

并伴有特大冰雹。5月份到9月初

全省除阜新地区降雨量与多年平均值相同以外

其它地区都比多年平均值明显增多

部分县(区)多1倍以上。
