摘要

由于森林受到严重过量采伐

使水土气等自然资源失去综合平衡

对生态环境产生恶劣影响

主要有:水的流量减少

洪枯水量悬殊;输沙量增加

水土流失严重;风速增大

伏旱严重;积雪减少

冰雹天气过程增多。目前应尽快把四川西部林区列为水源涵养林区

成立高山林区林政管理机构

调整林业政策

坚持以林养林

坚持以营林为主

采伐为辅

综合利用的方针;要实行承包责任制

把水源涵养林造好管好。

Abstract

Natural resources in water

soil and air etc

lose their overall Lalance because of serious over-felling of forest，resulting in a bad influence on ecological environment. Results are as follows; the decrease of the volume of water flow

the obvious difference of the volume between flood and low water; the increase of the volume of sand flow

the bad loss of water and soil; the increase of the wind speed

the seriou drying of summer;the increase of accumulation of snow

the increase of pross under hailstone weather.at persent
