摘要

黔中地区处于贵州省的腹地

气候温和

雨量充沛

是省内经济比较发达的粮油生产区。近几年

粮食已基本自给

并为国家提供一定数量的商品粮。这是党的三中全会以来的显著变化。但是

从整个自然条件和社会经济条件来看

要进一步发展粮食生产

存在不少障碍因素:1、石山多

耕地少

土多、田少

粮食生产受到土地限制;2、山高坡陡

长期毁林开荒

水土流失严重

农业生态系统遭到严重破坏

自然灾害频繁;3、土壤瘠薄

耕作落后

粮食生产主要是靠扩种面积

广种薄收

商品率低

农民收入不高。把这些障碍因素归结起来说

是农业内部结构与自然条件不协调

单一抓粮食生产的局面还没有扭转过来;林牧业还没有得到应有的重视
