摘要

一、基本自然概况张广才岭和老爷岭林区位于黑龙江省的东南部

其地理位置在东经126°31′—137°44′和北纬43°25′—46°09′之间

其行政范围包括:松花江地区的尚志、方正、延寿、五常

牡丹江市的宁安、海林、林口、穆梭、鸡东、东宁、牡丹江市郊区、绥芬河市、鸡西市和哈尔滨市的阿城县等共14个县市(包括5个国营农场、12个森工局、108个县市的林场)。全区有178个乡

总人口564.4万

其中农业人口329.1万

农业劳动力73.8万个。
