摘要

鄂尔多斯高原地下矿藏资源十分丰富

特别是煤的蕴藏量非常多。煤田分布范围就有6

7万多平方公里

占伊克昭盟总面积的78%。它东起准格尔

西至卓子山

北临黄河

南部延伸到陕西神木、府谷地区。这块煤田不仅分布广、储量大、煤层厚

而且煤种全、煤质好

是世界上罕见的优质煤。现已探明的储煤量有1

200多亿吨

约占内蒙全区总储量的70%

占全国储煤量的1/6。如此雄厚的矿物资源

无疑将对振兴伊克昭盟经济起着重要作用。
