摘要

黄土高原水土流失重点地区——宁夏固原地区

是全国最贫困的地区之一。该地区气候干旱

风沙、冰雹等自然灾害频繁

农村“三料”俱缺

特别是燃料奇缺

迫使农民铲草皮、挖草根、烧畜粪

加剧了水土流失和肥料短缺

造成农业生产中的恶性循环。因此

建设“三料”林基地

有效地解决烧柴问题

成为加快发展本区农牧业生产的重要环节。为了搞清全区现有人工灌木林资源、类型和生产潜力

并根据其自然和社会条件

明确发展方向

进行合理配置

综合发挥其生态效益和经济效益

我们在1980年调查的基础上

1985年再次进行了补充调查研究。
