一、几个典型的启示现在

黄土高原水土流失严重地区出现了一大批治理好、发展快的典型

从不同角度给人们以启示。就我所看到的典型中

下述几个启示最大: 1、右玉县的16字生产建设方针山西省右玉县是黄土高原上的造林先进县

在全国也有名。1984年林地面积10万公顷

占总面积的51%

每人平均1公顷多。这些地区过去是“不毛之地”

沙漠化很严重

由于前后十届县
