摘要

三峡工程对长江流域生态环境影响的综合评价是有利因素少

不利因素多

有利影响的效应小

不利影响的效应大

有利影响近期不能发挥作用

不利影响工程一动工就产生;有的还将长期不可逆转。因此

弊远大于利。目前

三峡库区的人口已超过当地承载能力

兴建三峡工程

库区良田淹毁

后靠上百万的移民

这只能产生严重恶果。

Abstract

The synthetical evaluation about that the Three Gorges Dam affects on the eco-environment of Yangtze Valley draws conclusions

they are

the unfavourable results are much more

the effects of disadvantages surpass the effects of benefits

no good result can be utilized until the project ended

but the disadvantageous effects will emerge immediately when the dam is built

however

some of them will be forever. At present

the ability of holding people has been beyond the limit in the Three Gorges area

besides that

if the big dam is built

so much effective land will be inundated

thousands of people would have to emigrate from the reservoir area. Certainly it can only be a disastrous event to have the Three Gorges Project.
