摘要

新中国四十年来

陕西省的水土保持事业取得了巨大成就

为国内外所瞩目。本文在收集整理现有资料的基础上

通过大量事实和数据

较详细地论述了陕西省在黄土高原建设、小流域综合治理、基本农田建设、沙漠治理、打坝淤地、荒山荒坡绿化、资源开发利用、旱作农业技术、技术标准制定和科研推广等十个方面所取得的成就。

Abstract

For the forty years since the establishment of new China great achie- vements of soil and water conservation in Shaanxi Province have been obtained

which is focused in the country and abroad with attention.Ba- sed on the collection and sorting out of the current data

the paper in- dicates the achievements in ten aspects

including the construction in Loess Plateau

comprehensive harness for small catchment

capital construction of farmland

desert control

damming for deposition of farmland

green- ing of deserted hill and slope

exploitation and utilization of resources

techniques in dryland farming

formulation of technical standard and popularization of scientific research results

with large number of facts and values.
