摘要

文章简要地介绍了复盛小流域的自然条件，治理前水土流失和农业生产状况。总结了以发展农业生产为出发点，植树种草增加植被，生物和工程相结合治沟治河，建设基本农田，修筑道路发展交通，制订水土保持管理措施、制度等小流域综合治理的经验和成绩。了小流域综合治理之后，产生的水土保持效益、经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract

The paper gives a brief ntroduction to the natural condition

the soil and water loss state and the agricultural production level before the harness of Fusheng watershed.It also summarizes the experieces and achievements in the aspects of planting grass and tree to increase vegetation

combining the biological measures with engineerings

constructing capital farmland

building road to develop trancportation

drawing out the managing measures and regulations for soil and water corservation

etc.in the comprehensive harness of soil and water loss

which is based on devlopment of agricultural production.The study investigate the muftiple benefits further in soil and water concervation

economy and society from the harness.
