本文通过对黑龙江省水土流失现状、影响因素及危害的分析

并结合全省实际情况

提出了防治水土流失

改善生态环境

发展生产的战略对策。

Abstract

By analysing the present situation

influencing factors and harm of soil and water loss in Heilongjiang province and combining the province's situation

the authorsput forward the strategic countermeasures of controlling soil and water loss

improving ecoenvironment and developing agricultural production.
