摘要

长江上游是我国水土流失严重地区之一。笔者通过对长江上游重点防治区的实地考察

分析了该地区水土流失的特点、危害及搞好水土流失治理工作的重要性和现实意义。同时还认真总结了三年来开展“长治”工程的经验

并对“长治”工程的特征及效益进行了评价。笔者最后对进一步搞好长江上游的水土保持工作

提出了建设性的意见。

Abstract

The upper reaches of the Yangtze River is one of the most serious regions of soil and water loss in Chma

Through on the spot investigation to major control areas on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River

the traits and harms of soil and water loss

as well as the importance and present significance of promoting soil and water loss harnessment for the. area were analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile

the authors summarized the experience that implemented the harness project of the Yangtze River in recent three years and evaluated the benefit and characteristics of harness project of the Yangtze River

Finally

the authors put forward some constructive suggestton of taking further steps to promote the work of soil and water conservation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
