摘要

本文首先分析了农业资源合理利用的基本要求

然后以此为主线

提出了农业资源合理利用机制:1.劳动力资源开发与利用途径;2.农业经营“股份化”的设想;3.水土保持型生态农业建设的三个阶段理论。

Abstract

This paper deals with the basic requiremenu of rational utilization for agriculturalresources firstly. Then taking this as the basis

the author put forward the mechanisms of rational utilization for agricultural resources

i. e.

the way of exploitationand utilization for labour force resources

the idea on stock system of agriculturalmanagement and the three-stage theory for constructing eco-agriculturs with soil andwater conservation type.
