摘要

黄土高原沟壑区沟坡开发已是人们争取生存空间

缓和土地压力的途经

也是现阶段农村经济发展的基础。沟坡应在优化生态环境和改善农业生产条件的前提下进行开发。该文以长武王东沟试验区为例

论述了沟坡开发中的水土保持和农业基础设施

即水、田、果、林、路五项子工程的配套建设。

Abstract

The development of gully slope land is now a prectical way to enlarage the living space

relax land shortage，and also the base of development of agricultural economy today

which could only be practiced successfully after the improvement of both eco-environment and agricultural production conditions. Taking Wangdonggou experiment area as an example

the paper has discussed soil and water conservation and basic agriculture construction device，including five subprograms of road，water

farm land，orchard，and forestry systems.
