摘要

该文系统地阐述了土地承载能力研究的起源及其发展过程，并把这个过程分为土地生产潜力和承载能力研究两个阶段，分析了各阶段的特点和存在问题。对进一步完善土地承载能力和土地生产潜力研究均具有重要意义。

Abstract

In this paper

the orgin and course of the research on the population carrying capacity is claborated systematically.The research course is divied into two stages

namely

the potential productivity and population carrying of land resourses

and them characterstecs and existed problems are discussed in each stage.The conclusion of the article is very improtant for us to make futher reserch perfectly on the potential producitivity and population carrying capacity of land resourses.
