摘要

子午岭是黄土高原地区残存的较大天然次生林区

亦是国家划定的水源涵养林区之一。该区由于人口增长速度过快

加之人类生产活动日益加剧

以及某些时期政策上的失误

管护措施不严

造成森林面积大量减少

森林的综合功能不断下降。为此

建议:应将该区尽快列为国家级水土保持重点防护区

采取切实有效的措施

恢复森林植被

充分发挥森林植被保持水土和改善生态环境的作用。

Abstract

Ziwuling is a bigger existing secondary forest in the Loess Plateau;also

it is one of the forest areas of conservating water through afforestation in the national plan. The area and comprehensive functions of the forest have been reducing because of over-increasing population，more aggravated production activity

political faults sometimes，and unstrict administrative measures. To this end，the arthors suggested that this region should be classified as one of the key protective regions on national level in order to take some beneficial measures of recovering forest，and to bring its role of conserving soil and water and improving ecological environment into full play.
