摘要

晋陕蒙接壤区位于黄土高原和风沙区交接地带，是典型的生态过渡带、生态脆弱带。同时，又是资源富集带，资源与环境的矛盾十分突出，再加之近年来煤炭开发，进一步加剧了环境恶化。本文在系统地分析了生态环境特点的基础上，提出了环境整治的建议。并指出在这一地区开展生态环境演变和整洁技术研究的意义。

Abstract

The conliguous area of Shanxi

Shaanxi and Nei menggu is located in the connect zone of the Loess Plateau and desert. It is a typically ecological transition zone and ecocritical zone

and this area is also the aboundant zone of natural resources. The contradictory between the resources and enviroment is obvious. moreover，the coalfield has been mined in recent years

the deterioration of ecoenvironment has been further aggravated. Based on analysing characteristics of ecologic environment systematically，the suggestion of environment renovation has been proposed. The article has indicated that it is significant to do the research about ecoenvironment evolution and renovation technology in this area.
