摘要

该文评述了80年代黄河中游水沙变化情况，水沙变化原因，水土保持减沙效益，及水沙变化带来的某些影响，并对今后水沙变化应进一步深入研究的问题提出了初步意见。

Abstract

This paper has discussed the situation and the reason of runoff and sediment changes

the benefits of reduction sediment by soil and water conservation and some influences of runoff and sediment changes. The paper has also put forward a tentative views about the problem which runoff and sediment changes should be made a further thorough re search in future.
