摘要

该文依据系统科学的思想和灰色系统理论，分析了流域综合治理效益的灰色系统特征，建立了评价水土保持综合治理效益的指标体系和灰色系统评价方法。据此时黄土高原重点水土流失区5条流域的治理效益作了综合评价和分析，为水土保持效益分析评价提供了新的途径。

Abstract

Baed on the thoughts of System science and the grey system theory

the grey systematic characteristics ofcomprehensive control of watershed were analysed in this paper

and the index system and the method of grey systematic appraisal for appraising the benefits of comprehensive management of soil and water conservation were setupas well

On this basis

the benefits of five watersheds in severe soil loss area of loess plateau were comprehensivelyappraised and analysed which provides a new way for analysis and appraisal of soil and water conservation benefits.
