摘要

该文以秭归县为例，充分认识三峡工程的淹占情况及水土流失的现状，并就移民安置区土地资源开发对水土流失的影响，以及如何防止水土流失提出了防治对策。

Abstract

This paper has taken Zigui county as an example. The inundated situation and the present situation of soil andwater loss of Sanxia engineering have been understood fully. That development of land resources influence on soiland water loss in arrangrnent areas of immigration and how to prevent soil and water loss have been thoughtdeeply.
