讨论了农民对造林的意愿;“醉林”的原因;水土保持林对防止崩塌的作用;水文效应和效益评价体系及方法等方面的作用?并提出了四点建议?

Abstract

Under the prerequisite of confirming the benefits of soil and water conservation forest

some questions are discussed about the will to afforest by farmers

the cause of falling forest

the effect of the forest to prevent collapse

hydrological effect

the system and methods to evaluate the benefit

etc.Four points of suggestions were suggested
