摘要

该文提出了水土流失系统容量的概念，计算了水土流失系统过剩物质和能量，给出了过剩能量的计算式，式中包含了影响水土流失的全部因子且量纲和谐，以此作为建立量纲和谐的预测预报水土流失方程的基础。

Abstract

The surplus substains and energy have been calculated throungh put forward the con-cept of systematical capicity of soil and water loss and given the formula for calculating surplus ener-gy

in which contains all the factors affected of soil and water loss and its amount unit is harmo-nious as the hase establish equation of forecaste and prediction soil and water loss.
