该文系统的程序用Fobase编写，简单实用，可自动生成和修改单层或多层表格。该系统可供水土资源管理及研究中应用。

Abstract

The program introduced in this paper is compiled in Foxbase with simple and useful character. The program can automatically produce and correct monolayer and multilayer forms and has been applicated in the soil and water resources managment and research.
