摘要

该文以黄河流域四大水土保持重点治理区一期工程10年验收资料为基础，进行了典型调查，分析了不同类型区、各种治理措施的保存率，及保存率与保存年限、治理进度、治理造价的关系，并对提高治理措施保存率的有效途径进行了探索，为重点治理区二期工程及面上治理提供经验和依据。

Abstract

Based on the ten year data of the first period project for the four key control aid typicalinvestigation in yellow River basin

This paper analysed preserved rate of different control measuresin different type region

the relation between preserved rate and control cost.In addition

the ap-proaches of incresing preserved rate of measures are discussed in order to provide references for soiland water conservation in second period project.
