摘要

该文简要地叙述了我国城市化过程中水土保持工作面临的新形势

系统地分析了城市水土流失的特点和对城市化本身及经济发展所造成的危害;详细地阐述了城市水土保持工作的技术路线和主要内容

以及在城市化过程中预防水土流失的必要性、紧迫性。

Abstract

The new situation which we are faced with in coil and water conservation work.in the course of urbanization。was recounted briefly. The characteristics of urbam soil and water loss and its endangers to the urbanization itself and the development of economy were analyzed systematically. Then.the technical line and principal content of urban soil and water conservation work were expounded. -hhe necessity and urgency to prevent soil and water loss in process of urbanization were set forth at last.
