摘要

通过对小流域水土资源进行分析和评价

对小流域的土地利用、农林牧副各业进行规划

是小流域综合治理的指导。其目的是确定小流域的生产发展方向

以防治水土流失

保护、改良和合理利用水土资源

提高土地生产力

充分发挥小流域的经济效益和生态效益

建立一个人工控制的、合理、稳定的生态经济系统。

Abstract

It is the direction for synthetic control of small watershed that

through the analysing and evaluating to soil and water resources

to plan for land utilization.farming

forestry

animal husbandry and sideline.The purpose of the plan is to define the direction of production developing

thus

to control soil and water loss

to protect improve and make a rational use of soil and water resouroes

to rise the productivity

and to bring ecological and economical benefits into fully play.Therefore

a eco一economic sytem of artifically controlled

raitional and stedy will be established.
