摘要

开发建设项目编制水土保持方案是环境治理和改善的迫切要求

它在水土保持工作中举足轻重。分析认为

水土保持方案较原来的水土保持规划更具有操作性、层次性

以及投资的专一性和实施的同时性等特点。通过工作实践

提出了编制水土保持方案的基本程序。

Abstract

To working out soil and water conservation program for the developing and building project.it is the urgent requirement of environmental harness and improvement

and plays an important role in soil and water conservation work.It is analyzed that

by comparison with the original planning of soil and water conservation.the program should have characteristics of more operatility

leves.concentrative invest.and enforcing simultaneously.The bisic proce dure to draw out soil and water conservation program is put out through working practice.
