摘要

过深入调查研究和系统分析

运用系统动力学模型、线性规划模型、人口离散模型、灰色预测模型等模型群

对安塞县的农林牧业、工交财贸、文教卫生、人口等进行了全面规划和动态仿真

提出了发展战略目标和实施措施。经1988年至1993年运转6年

成效显著

证明该规划切实可行。并介绍了实施规划的成效及实施规划的几点体会。

Abstract

Based on thorough researchs and systematic analysis

using systematic dynamic model

discrete system of population

linear programming

gray prophecy and other models

the agriculture (cultivate

forestry and livestock raising)

industry

traffic

finance

trade

civi- lization

education

hygiene and population of Ansai county are programed and simulated comprehensively

the strategy targets and steps to carry out it are put forward

and operating from 1988 to 1993 with remarkable success

thus.the strategy program is proved to be feasi- ble. The benefits of this program and the thoughts about its implementation are intruduced at last.
