Taking the land and biological resources of Baiya gully small watershed as a studying unit
the authors discussed how to make people rich and arrive at a pattern of eco-economical harnessing which integrates soil and water conservation with resources exploitation and utilization during the synthetical harness at small watershed.To get to this objective
