应用谐波分析方法，把历史文字资料和现代观测资料，采用级别衔接的方法，做出干湿趋势预报。

Abstract

Based on the historical material and modern observed data

the dryness/wetness trendhave been forecasted by using the methods of harmonic wave analysis and class link.
