摘要

该文以黄土高原为例

概略地介绍讨论了遥感与地理信息系统技术在水土保持中应用的现状和前景。遥感资料为水土流失动态监测提供了丰富的信息

大大缩短了数据更新的周期;地理信息系统的应用对水土流失数据处理和应用建模发挥了极大的促进作用;黄土高原水土流失多级遥感监测信息系统的研究为全国水土流失监测网的建立提供了成功的经验。

Abstract

Taking the loess plateau for example

a general picture of remote sensing c.nd GIS application in soil and water conservation is presented.Remote sensing can supply abandunt information for dynamic analysis of soil erosion.and shorten the period of data processing greately.GIS can integrate and process varied kind

of data related to all factors of soil erosion.Based on multilevel remotely sensed data and geographical information system.the studies of momtormg.have made and management information system of soil and water loss in loess plateau region some meaningful progresses in establishing the monitoring network of soil and water loss throughout the country.
