摘要

水土保持经营管理问题是水土保持研究和实践过程亟待解决的问题。该文重点分析了水土保持经营管理研究的内容和现状，提出了迫切需要探讨的几个问题

Abstract

The management and administration of soil and water conservation is a problem demanding a prompt solution in the process of its study and practice.The content and present conditions of the study are analyzed emphatically.And several problems which require to be urgently explored at present are proposed.
