摘要

根据渭北旱塬西部林业生产的现状

我们提出了以抓经济效益快速增长为重点的持续发展策略?在协调和发展林业生产过程中着重处理好以下几方面的关系:(1)调整林种结构

逐步扩大用材林和经济林的比重;(2)建设多样性人工植被;(3)更新改造刺槐防护林;(4)建设防护与用材林结合的农田林网;(5)重视庭院林业经济的发展;(6)拍卖或鼓励农户承包宜林荒坡

Abstract

On the basis of current situation of forest production in west weibei rainfed tableland

we put forward the tactics of sustainable development that to take fast increase as the nucleus ofeconomic benefit.For this reason

we should deal properly with following problems:(1)modifythe structure of forest species;(2)construct the artificial vegetation of diversity;(3)renew andreform of locust forest;(4 )constructing protective forest of farmland that have both protectiveand commercial benefits;(5)pay attention to economic development of courtyard forest;(6)en-couraging contract wasteland of fitting forestation to peasantry
