该文系统地叙述了城市水土保持规划的特点，与城市总体规划和城市功能的关系，城市水土保持规划的内容和技术路线等。

Abstract

The characteristics of urban program of soil erosion and its relation to urban overall plan and urban functions are expanded. The contents and the technicai lines of urban program of soil and water conservation are also explanined.
