摘要

该文根据实例具体分析了沿海地区在实行大包干责任制后，人们为了夺取更高的产量，忽视了用地养地，致使农用土地有机质迅速下降，土壤结构被破坏，水、肥、气、热不协调和盐碱复返等不良后果的原因，并提出了调整的途径和防治措施。

Abstract

According to actural examples

the reasons of land organic mater decreasing

soil structure destorying

disharmoness of water

fertility

gas and heat

silt increasing are analysed

and then adjusting approach and countermeasures are put up forwards.
