摘要

结合实例分析了国内小流域治理综合效益评价主要定量方法(包括加权综合指数法、加乘综合指数法和关联度分析法)的原理、适应性及其局限性。分析表明:3种方法的评价结论基本一致

加乘法比加权法有较高的灵敏度。认为应用GIS技术

从定量和定位两方面评价治理措施及其功能将成为今后治理评价的发展趋势。

The principle

adaptability and the limitation on assessment methods of comprehensive benefits for catchment management in China are analyzed with the case study

the quite same results are obtained with three methods

and the future development on assessing benefits of watershed management is also proposed.
