Temporal and Spatial Variation of Soil Characters in Small Catchment of Loess Hilly Areas
Several soil surface characters in spatial and temporal variation have been measured continuously in a small catchment. The results showed that soil surface random roughness
soil cohesion and aggregate stability had significant difference among land use types. There was no significant difference among different to pographic croplands for random roughness and cohesion
however
soil aggregate stability had significant spatial dif ference among different topographic croplands. All of those soil surface characters had no significant temporal dif ference in the research periods.
