摘要

“一坝一塘”水源工程是东胜市首创的一项解决干旱缺水的丘陵沟壑地区水源问题的最佳模式之一。介绍了“一坝一塘”的实施条件、特点、设计原则、设计程序及其形式，并分析了其经济、拦蓄、社会及生态效益。结果表明，“一坝一塘”具有显着的经济效益和广泛的代表性，具有很大的推广价值。

Abstract

‘One Dam by One Pond’ water source project was developed by Dongsheng office of World Bank project on soil and water conservation

which was one of the optimum modes to solve the water source problem in the arid hilly and gully region where the water is scarce. Its establishing condition

feature

design principle

design procedure and forms were described with respect to the physical environment in Dongsheng city. It is a typical example and could result in significant economic benefit. Therefore

it deserves to be widely extended.
