摘要

针对神府榆横煤田开发区水土保持现状及社会环境的特征，分析了该区过去水土保持工作的成就、经验和问题，阐述了加强该区域水土保持生态环境建设的紧迫性和重要性。同时，从治理措施、监督措施和政策措施方面提出了新的对策。

Abstract

The achievements

experiences and problems in soil and water conservation work accomplished in the past years are analyzed. The urgency and importance of strengthening soil and water conservation and eco-environment construction are stated in accordance with the current statue of soil and water conservation and characteristics of social environment in the opening areas in Shenmu

Fugu

Yulin and Hengshan coal fields. Meanwhile

some very new countermeasures are proposed up for eco-environment management

supervision and policy.
