摘要

在详细分析吉林省农业可持续性发展的基础上，探讨了水土保持与农业可持续发展的关系，认为水土保持为农业可持续发展提供了资源基础，是实现农业可持续发展的根本保证。为此，提出了加强水土保持工作，实现吉林省农业可持续发展的主要措施和意见。

Abstract

The relation of soil and water conservation with sustained agriculture and rural development on the basis of detailly analysing the agriclture and rural sustained development of Jilin province. Soil and water conservation supply sustained agriculture and rural development with resource base

it is cardinal guarantee to achieve sustained agriculture and rural development. In this connection

major measures and opinions on strengthening soil and water conservation work to achieve sustained agriculture and rural development of Jilin province are suggested for the policy making of related departments and leadship.
